Restorative healing

A deeply restorative session for a greater sense of connection to your body, to yourself and others, and for renewed vitality and insight. The session can help relieve pain, discomfort, or emotional and mental stress.

Remote or in-person session session.  You are invited to rest comfortably, fully clothed with eyes closed.

Biofield reading

​

A reading of all the levels of your system of bioenergy around a specific question or area that is affecting your life, followed by a 15 minute healing. I will read the information as it appears in each of the levels of your system of energy. 

This can be done remotely or sitting across each other.

Soul-level healing

​

A session specific for the heart & soul aspect of a client. This session helps clients who feel like "something is missing" after an experience or trauma. You are invited to rest comfortably, fully clothed with eyes closed.

Couples session

Remote or in-person couple's healing session to help bring your energy systems into alignment. For couples who want to feel a greater sense of connection or intend to conceive, we can meet weekly or monthly to help maintain a healthy and vibrant energy system.
